Hey guys, it's Mercedes! I'm about to start working on my project and I'm a little overwhelmed. So for my commercial of myself, I’m going to use "Cap Cut" since it seems the easiest to use. So I opened the app and I pressed the edit icon. I'm going to let you guys know now, I don’t know how to do this so you’re going to have to be with me for moral support! Okay, so after I pressed edit, I saw a couple of options. I'm going to press the big "New project" button and pick a bunch of photos of myself and things I like. I think I'm just going to go on Pinterest to find things that I like because I recently deleted a majority of my photos. Right now I’m creating an album of all the things I want to put in my commercial. I want it to be interesting, like me- haha! My goal is to make my examiner to want to be my best friend after seeing my commercial, ready to book a flight to go on a lunch date. I think I'm ready to actually start, instead of procrastinating like I am right now. So again, I'm picking pictures right now. Adding in all the things that pique my interest in my camera roll and on Pinterest. So far I have pictures of sunsets I took recently, a few pictures of myself, and now I'm looking for videos of myself that show character. I think for the videos I'll add videos of myself while I'm with my family because that's when I'm most comfortable. I'll definitely include photos of my baby cousin and I, he's my sweet boy, he makes me so happy. Now to pick the songs, I have to look through my playlist so I can choose a couple that really represent me. Fort this whole project I'm trying to view myself from an outside perspective, and ask myself "what do people think of when they think of me?" So, I'm just going to keep using that approach because it's the easiest for me to comprehend and put into action. Okay, signing off for now blog, talk later! Lots of love - Mercedes
