Now that my commercial is done…

For my project, I learned how to use CapCut, which is a super user-friendly video editing app. CapCut allowed me to edit videos, add text, music, and cool effects without needing to be a tech expert, which was awesome! I learned how to embed photos and videos into my blog. All of it was really new to me. I learned how to use the blog platform through Google. Just learning how to blog in general was new for me. But, all of it was pretty easy, just remembering to fix small things like publishing the blogs correctly, was my only issue.

During the process of creating my project, I learned that organizing everything is crucial. It's not just about editing like you need to plan what you want to say, find or create the right video clips, and pick the perfect music to set the mood. It's kind of like piecing together a puzzle to tell your story in the best way possible. I just wanted to make it interesting and nice to watch. My inspiration was the old Kardashian intro, like the old videos, etc. Organizing my commercial was pretty easy, I alternated using pictures and videos. Over all, the process wasn’t too difficult.

To make my next project even better, I'll work on being more creative. Maybe I'll brainstorm unique ideas or try out different video styles. I'll also keep practicing with CapCut to get even better at editing, like using transitions or special effects to make my videos stand out. Like I used a few but I think the transitions in my commercial were boring. I think I’d definitely make my next project longer. My commercial was fairly short, almost the length of a TikTok. But it wasn’t a movie, so I’m sure it’s fine.

One more thing, don't be afraid to ask for feedback from friends or family. They can give you suggestions and help you see things you might have missed. And I think it’s important to have fun with your projects when you enjoy what you're doing, like it'll show in your work. If you’re not interested in the project it’ll show. If you don’t put forth effort into tho project, it’ll show. Just small things to keep in mind. Like you have to do the project regardless of how much you want to do it, so at least make it something you like so it’s not as bad.

    Anyway, bye bye blog!
