Production progress update

Gathering at the park, Jaida, Adarius, and I embark on the next phase of our project with excitement coursing through us. With cameras at the ready, we're eager to translate our vision onto film. Assigning roles, Jaida and I step into the shoes of the two girls central to our story, while Adarius assumes the role of the stalker, his presence adding an eerie tension to our narrative. As we take turns filming, each of us ensures every shot is captured with precision, determined to capture the essence of our storyline. Immersed in our characters, Jaida and I bring depth and emotion to our roles, while Adarius embodies the ominous figure lurking in the background. With each scene filmed, we edge closer to realizing our creative vision. Now, with footage in hand, our focus shifts to the next step – editing – where we'll weave together our collective efforts into a cohesive and compelling narrative.

Update on the production of our movie!!

Hey blog! It’s Mercedes and we’re starting our movie today. Let me tell you, this whole thing is actually so hard trying to get our schedules to line up for a time to film. For weeks we had setbacks. One person could make it, the others couldn’t. It was kind of aggravating because I just wanted to get the project done but it’s okay. So originally we planned to all meet up at Jaida’s house to film our thriller movie intro. Jaida and I were supposed to be the main characters, and Adarius was supposed to be the stalker character. We planned fort that originally. We proceeded to plan how we’d start filming and how we’d get it done and where. But before that we had to plan everything else out, including things such as the song of choice, where the titles were going to go, the font for the genre, the backup plans, and so many more things. Planning: Other Info

Hi Blog! So we’re in the process of planning for our movie’s opening sequence. We have a few ideas so far! So for our movie’s location, we may film at Jaida’s house or somewhere in public, or both. Since it’s a thriller, we think it’d be good to use multiple locations. If anything our back up plan will be only Jaida’s house. For safety, we’ll have a first aid kit and act responsibly. There will also be adults present in the house while we’re filming just in case. The participants will be Adarius, Jaida, and Mercedes (aka all of the members in our group). The schedule for now is to record for only one day unless we need to revise and retake any clips. We’re most likely going to work on a Friday or weekend. We’re all still trying to figure out what’s best for each other’s schedules as we all have work and lives outside of school. We’re all very excited to start this process.
